I spent a morning at Canyon Lake during the summer looking for Big Horn Sheep near the water's edge, however the weather was foul and there was little need for the sheep to venture out of the safety of the high cliff hide-outs. Despite that, there was no shortage of Sonoran Bald Eagles to photograph. With the constant rain all morning, this was one of many I spotted that day perched on the cliff walls waiting for the rain to lift so they could fly again.
