It being the first time Spirit or I had visited Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes in Death Valley, it feels like you could explore for the entire day and never get tired of the adventure of finding out what is beyond the next sand dune. Thankfully with the majestic mountains surrounding this valley giving you points of reference, it is difficult to lose your way here.
