While backpacking through the Ansel Adams Wilderness in California’s Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, I climbed to the top of a nearby hilltop of granite boulders to gain a different perspective of the lay of the land around our first night’s campsite, and captured this image. While there was nothing really remarkable about the image, I wanted to experiment with one of the creative filters available in my camera, to see if I could give this a different twist on reality. The filter I used is the “Toy/Minature” filter.
