Sitting atop Glacier Point above Yosemite Valley, I watched the sunset and all it's stormy drippings past dusk. It was cold and wet and long after others moved on to the warmth of their cars and later to their lodging, I stayed on. As the rain began again, on the distant side my human eyes could barely even perceive both parts of Yosemite Falls, upper and lower, as it continually feeds the Merced River below. After almost all light had escaped the night sky, I peered down over the ledge to capture this monochrome view of the valley below.
