Pictured here In the heart of Monument Valley is famous buttes known as "The Three Sisters", which sit just to the side of Famous movie set location, "John Ford Point". Director John Ford used the location for a number of his best known films, and thus, in the words of critic Keith Phipps, "its five square miles have defined what decades of moviegoers think of when they imagine the American West. It was a special treat when I could capture and image such as this in that setting.
