The Fall Of A Leaf
"The one red leaf, the last of its clan,
That dances as often as dance it can,
Hanging so light, and hanging so high,
On the topmost twig that looks up at the sky.
When it lets go, falls without sound,
It rests amongst the yellows down on the ground."
~ Samuel Taylor Coleridge (first 4 lines) & J. Bruce Morey II (last 2 lines).
While chasing Autumn colors in Flagstaff, Arizona, I had to stop looking up for awhile at the beauty within the canopy of the trees, and instead have a little fun looking down at the leaves, till I found this interesting shot to capture.
