Fellow photographer friend, Ron Pelton Jr., stops for a moment to soak in the aspen Autumn beauties around us. The smell of aspen, mixed in with the honey colored sunshine back-lit through the trees, created a happy and satisfied feeling as we meandered through the forest listening to the breeze rustling through the aspen leaves. Eventually towards the end of our journey, the act of photographing this annual event became less important -- It was time to stop and just soak it in while leaves fell around us.
