The Fox Hidden In Your Dreams
"Lost in an world of what should be
Uncertain feelings steady on scree
Learn from the fox hidden in your dreams
Not the distraction for which he seems
Call to the messenger you do not see"
~ J.Bruce Morey II

Photographed recently in Northern Arizona, in Navajo country. Red Fox is named "Máii iiłtsoí" in the Navajo language. Like the Gray Fox, the Red Fox is said to posses a mystical healing power, and is used by Navajo Medicine Men during winter ceremonies as well as being viewed as the messenger, for those who listen.
