Lees Ferry Vermilion Cliffs Lodge
When coming home from Grand Canyon North Rim, or from Coyote Buttes or White Pocket in the Vermillion Cliffs/Paria Canyon area, or ANYWHERE along highway 89A for that matter, this is a required stop – it’s the best food and drink to be found, whether staying in the lodge as a base camp for all your excursions, and enjoying the awesomely prepared breakfasts, lunches, and dinners when you choose; or just rolling through after days in the wild to get your hearty grub on – you won’t find any better food or beer selection anywhere on the Arizona Strip to satiate you. Watch out for Charley though and have your quick wits about you, or else you will fall right into her trap of helping you order the “Jerk” burger and then making fun of you for it. Pictured here a is customized version of their “Southwestern” and “Bacon Barbeque” burgers, which was bacon, pepper jack, two full green chilies, onion, tomato, lettuce, and barbeque sauce, with a side order of Jalapenos piled on top. I ate two of these!!! Next time in the area, make sure to check out Lees Ferry Lodge at Vermilion Cliffs, AZ
