Near "The Wave" of Coyote Buttes, in the Vermilion Cliffs / Paria Canyon Wilderness, my eye was struck not just by the glorious reflected light into this rock's shadow, but kept there by the insistence of life. Oh such lessons this little bush could teach humanity for those who stop to appreciate.
