Laughter After Sorrow
How lovely is the sun after rain, and how lovely is laughter after sorrow. ~ Tunisian Proverb
After two days of rain at Thousand Island Lake, in the Ansel Adams Wilderness, I was becoming a bit too full of sorrow while wondering if I would ever get a chance to get out of my tent again a feel dry. Then about five minutes before the sun was due to fall behind the mountain horizon, the clouds began to drift away and allow this wonderful lake side sunset image. I was laughing, and all around the lake I could hear similar laughter by other adventurers who also endured the same trial.
