I was pretty clear why I wanted to climb down inside this glacier moulon, on Exit Glacier, outside of Seward, Alaska. And I was pretty clear down at the bottom why I wanted to climb back out, but halfway down and halfway up I also got clear I suddenly had some unanswered questions. The advice of my guide -- don't stop, and the answers will come to you. Upon my successful escape from here, the answers I found, in those half-way points of uncertainty, indeed were much more poignant to the enduring happiness of my life, than those from above or below. In other cliche words, its the journey, not the destination.
