No Ruined Stones
"There are plenty of ruined buildings in the world, but no ruined stones."~ Hugh Macdiarmid. Photographed from a very high vantage point looking down with my zoom, to show off the perspective of the stone shapes in relation to an adult Juniper pine tree. Over the eons, groundwater has leached the color out of the Navajo sandstone here, and the weather has broken its surface into irregular polygons, yet there are no ruined stones.
