When We're Together

When We're Together

“Who cares about the clouds when we're together? Just sing a song and bring the sunny weather.” ~ Dale Evans Rogers. Monument Valley as it is known to the Navajo is, Tsé Biiʼ Ndzisgaii, meaning valley of the rocks. It is a truly iconic symbol to represent the West, in large part to the many movies director John Ford filmed in the area. Perhaps the most iconic and recognizable symbol of the entire area is shown here, "The Mittens", during an April snow storm, as they keep each other company throughout time.
